I used to live in a stucco block courtyard villa. After 7 years it was about ready to be painted. Would cost a lot. Moved to a frame/vinyl siding ranch. The porch area needs cleaned but only costs $45 for the whole house. I think insurance is more so I guess it eventually comes about the same cost. I have loved both but got a really got deal on the turnkey 3 bedroom ranch. I even have 2 palm trees, an orange tree, a lemon tree and a grapefruit tree. I could not be happier BUT the courtyard villa was really nice too.
