I don't know what design is most popular now, but historically, the Amarillo, stetson, sunkissed, bouganvilla floor plan seems to be dominant in the pre-owned market. According to data on lyle gant's website there were 600 pre owned homes sold in TV in 2011, with the plurality, 241 being designers.

From the Villages information sheet:
