Great information.

The most popular homes in The Villages? The Designer home. That is the largest part of each village therefore would be the most popular.

I'm not sure the most popular home in The Villages would necessary be the pre owned homes sold as they are homes people are moving OUT of, many times moving into another home they might like better.

And to even look at the homes being built now.... many of the NEW homes are being built by the designer and sold as new. If you notice, the outlying lots (lots with no one in their back yard, large lots, cul da sac, etc) are bought up right away. Then the developer goes in, builds homes and sells them. So it's hard to tell what is the most popular home being built.

Of course, I think it's the one I built.
