Default Golf Carts with doors

I see golf carts with doors. There are some with doors and windows and some have clear plexiglass sides, and some are doors made from Sunbrella fabric.

Anybody know anything about them? I would love to have one that I don't have to roll down the sides when it rains or when it gets cold here in TV.

We ordered the Curtis Cab for our carts. I have a girlfriend who has one and she loves it! Keeps you out of the rain and the cold in seconds! Can't wait to see mine!

This is what the Curtis Cab looks like.

We love our GEM. The main reason we bought one was my wife insisted on "real" doors and windows. They are avalable with both hard and soft doors/windows. Lots of GEM owners in TV, there is even a GEM club here.

If you're referring to the ones where the doors are completely clear, this is more than likely what you've seen:

I went to that website, but all the dealers seem to be in the UK....can that be right?

How does the GEM perform on a golf course? Rack for 2 golf bags? Ease in getting in and out of the cart while golfing?

Same questions for the Curtis?

I saw a cart that came from Grandma's and Grandpa's and it had folding doors instead of the slide back doors. I like this idea better but haven't seen them at any new cart dealers.

We bought a new cart at Carts and Clubs with a clear mee cab. Our last cart had a Curtis cab. I prefer our new cab. I felt the Curtis cab was drafty.

My bad, Connie. Part way down that web page, they note their USA site to be http://www.mee-usa.com/ . But if you try that, it fails with some type of "Not Available" message.
