MEE golf cart enclosures - pros/cons?

Carts and Clubs delivered my wife her new 2017 two weeks ago with the MEE enclosure and she loves it. Her and her mom looked at the different types of enclosures and her mom liked the MEE so much, she paid for the cab. Since my mother in law moved into Sumter Grand, my wife and her go everywhere in the cart so the solid enclosure was for convenience.

Par Car also offers this type of enclosure. I was told these enclosures need a bungee cord to keep them from flapping all over the place.

I saw one that rolled up at the golf show last march , I don't know what brand it was.
