Default Par Car parts

Have heard varying accounts of availability of parts for a Par Car. Considering purchasing a 2008 gas 4-seater from another villager. Can anyone give me pro's and cons of Par Car?

Par Car does not make gas golf carts only electric.

Depending on the part you need for a Par Car cart it may only be available directly from Par Car. Their parts dept. is located off SR 44 in Leesburg, about 15 min from Brownwood.

Generally speaking electric carts have fewer and “less subject to wear” parts than gas.

Batteries are available from many suppliers.

We previously owned a used 2008 Par Car. It ran just fine. We now own two new Par Car carts.
