Kandi Coco

New to the area and saw a cart called a Kandi Coco. Does anyone have any experience with them and any owners out there.

They look like smart cars, they are battery operated and max out at 25 mph and I don't think they make them since 2011....a friend had one....there are some used one I saw on the internet.....
