Default Dead 48v Club Car

With ignition on, fully charged batteries, buzzer sounds when lever is in reverse. My first thought was Solenoid, installed a new one, wasn't that. what should i be looking at now?

What year is the cart and does it have a lever F&R switch or tilt F&R switch?

a 1997 , don't know what tilt F&R is, it has a lever F&R. Just checked the batteries, across all 6 i have 33.3 v, each battery tested 8.4v

Based on your measurements you should be having 48-52 volts not 33.3 volts.
8.4 x Six = 52.4 volts.
You may have measured the pack voltage from the wrong batteries.
If each battery is 8.4 you may have a bad wire connection or a bad micro switch on the lever style F&R switch the the 97 cart comes with.
Does the solenoid click with the key on and you carefully step an the accelerator pedal?

Frank,
It does measure 50.1 v ( measured wrong terminal last time) and the solenoid does click when depressing the pedal.

I have 50.1 v across all batteries, The solenoid does click when depressing, the 3 microswitches appear to be working, can feel the click when depressing. One odd thing, the dashboard Battery light is on, even with a fully charged batteries. At this point, think the pro needs to fix it, I am limited in electrical capabilities :-)
