The next meeting of The Villages Motor Racing Fan Club is on Jan. 4 at Colony Cottage Recreation Center, going green at 7 p.m.

The guest speaker is a vintage sports car racer, club member Paul Bova.

Paul has been racing vintage sports cars since 1998 and has held a Sports Car Club of America competition license and a Vintage Racer Group competition license. Until he hung up his helmet in 2015, his race rides have ranged from purpose-built race cars, such as Sportsracers and Formula Fords to production sports cars, such as his 1959 Turner Mark 1 which he was driving until he retired.

Paul is currently Chief Driving Instructor for the Vintage Racer Group.

Went to the website, meeting is Jan 4th (Wednesday) at 7 PM, I think that was a typo.
