Default Canvas over birdcage opinions

If you have canvas covering your birdcage what are your opinions? Color, fading, breeze, mold, pollin, costs... general feelings about them? Thanks

I have part of my birdcage covered with canvas. I love it. Before I was not able to use that part of my lanai because the sun beat down on it all day. It is gray on top and black underneath. It sustains winds up to 120 mph. I have no issues with it.

We opted for 50% sun reduction screening, which has worked very well. They also offer 75% reduction as I recall. You still get the breeze with the screening.
