T and D. No charge for consultation. Vera is wonderful at placing things. Workers have great skill. And balance too.

I agree with Grace. T&D Screens. Hands down one of the best in TV. They know the rules, the community, and how to get things done....properly. They have their own crews for most of the labor. The only caveat is that they are so good, that they are very busy. You will wait for an appointment. You will wait to get everything finalized. You will wait for a start date. Once they start, the project moves along at a rapid pace. Milestones achieved. Inspections done. Punch lists complete.

I have watched our neighbors, who for various reasons chose other contractors to do their projects. Their projects would start and stop for long periods and take two to three times longer to finish. It appeared that they were trying to handle multiple jobs, they were subcontracting out a large percentage of the work, they didn't have enough employees, etc. Worse, one got to certain places in their project, multiple times, to be told they had to hire a third party to do some part of the project they didn't anticipate or know of in advance. At times, their frustration level was enough that they didn't even want to talk about their poor experience.

When we hired T&D, we did a lot of research. The worst thing that anyone on TOTV ever had to say about them was that they weren't the lowest price. You cannot put a price on the great comfort and great peace of mind to have a general contractor who you can rely on, who does excellent work, on projects small and large.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.
