Default Fiesta Pools of Ocala

Hi All,
Thinking of using Fiesta Pools of Ocala to build us a Pool and Spa, has anyone any comments about them that you could share with us before we sign any contracts?
Thank you

Has no-one else used them in TV?

Their prices seem very reasonable and they use all their own staff not sub-contractors, so the installation time scales sound attractive too.

Hi Fiesta Pools of Ocala Inc start on our pool and spa on Friday.

Will keep this thread posted on progress and quality of work etc

Found T&D much too busy with long time scales and All Seasons gave a stupid and greedy price.

Hi All,

Forgot to say that Fiesta are also quoting a 5 week build time against All Seasons 12 to 14 weeks

The reason given is that they use all their own staff not sub-contract the work out.

We will see if they can do it.

If anyone wants to have a look at the quality and speed of the work as it progresses, please PM us and we will send you our address.

Hi

Do you have a phone # and contact at Fiesta? We are on a waiting list just to have T&D come give us an estimate. We were told they are just about maxed out with doing new homes for TV. All Season's is coming this week to give us an estimate.

I live in Buttonwood Village -- where are you located?

I appreciate any feedback you can give me.

Default Update

Hi Everyone;
Well we started;

Yesterday (Friday) the two brothers that own the company, David & Gary, arrived at 9am, along with a big backhoe driven by Clarence.

They got stuck in and work incredibly hard all day finishing at 6:30.

Today they continued, along with two other workers, starting at 8am and finishing at 7:15 and they ate their lunch whilst working!

The salesman Stewart said that the two brothers were hard working but to be fair we just took that as salesman talk, but it is true.

As well as hard working, to date we have found them very accommodating and the couple of minor changes from the agreed design we have asked for have been done willingly, we suppose that this is because we are dealing directly with the company owners and not sub-contractors.

So far very pleased with the work ethic, quality and progress.

Hi,
Their telephone number is 352 622 8978 and their salesman is called Stewart.

PM if you want to come and look at the job as it progresses.
