We shopped at Koontz Furniture store in Ocala for a loveseat. The store carries top brands at a discounted price. Mindy Parker, sales, was very attentive and spent much time with us finding a specific color that we needed for our love seat. She ordered samples, spoke with the company's reps, was in constant communication with us. When we received the loveseat, we saw that the back pillows were not as shown on the manufacturer's website and Mindy and her manager negotiated with the company for new ones to be made. I highly recommend Koontz for top quality furniture and top quality service.
