Lightbulb Anyone use a laser measure?

Just wondering if any of you use a laser measure when doing diy projects. I came across this suaoki laser measure on Youtube,
and was surprised at the claimed accuracy to 1/16th of an inch.

I thought the laser measure makes it simpler to measure the dimension of rooms or houses.
Any thoughts from the masses?

They work very well for the basic room dimensions, but I always use a ruler for measurements if I am cutting wood to size. I actually have one laser, and one ultrasonic for basic measurements.
