Default DIY Workshop
It would be nice to have a workshop on the model of the wood shop. I have tools to contribute: beginning with an air compressor and related air tools. And much more.

You can rent tools from Home Depo among other places.
Setting up something like the wood shop would be VERY EXPENSIVE. You would need to meet regulations, cost of INSURANCE is out of sight and renting or buying the space would of course be expensive.

Might be interesting to investigate how the Villages purchase items like a kiln for the people who belong to the clubs working with clay etc.
