Removing decal from golf cart????
I hope someone out there has a simple solution to removing the name decals from a golf cart. Just purchased a used cart and would like to remove the previous owners names. Can anyone help?

I used a hair dryer to get the name off. Just be careful not to let it get too hot.

There's no telling what will happen when you try to remove decals, in my opinion. (I assume it's a painted surface.) A decal may eventually fuse with the paint depending on the type of decal, type of paint, and the length of time it has been on.

If its a stick on label try to spray WD-40 to soak it. Place towel under to catch dripping. Good luck. |

I had a decal sticker placed on my window and it stayed there for 15 years. The hair dryer and goobgone, worked fine. I used a "Scobie" Scotch Brite sponge, as it has scours without stratching type surface. Let the goobgone soak in for a few minutes, before wiping it off. They sell them in supermarkets, or you can go to Walmart.
