Tuscany Day Spa & Salon in Lake Sumter Landing.

If you ever watch how they disinfect between patrons you will then know it is 100% sanitary.

Paris next to Verizon on rolling acres and 441. They will give you your own box with files etc that only get used on you.

Default Best/Most Sanitary Salon

Try ANGELA'S NAILS off 466 behind CVS Pharmacy near Southern Trace Shopping Center. I found her from a post on TOTV in 2012 and have been going there ever since.

They autoclav EVERYTHING, use disposable flip flops (or you can wear your own) and have 8 spa chairs. The cost is $25 or you can get a manicure/pedicure for $35 if done at the same time.

My fav nail techs are SNOW, HALEY and ANGELA.

Phone number is: 352-350-2932 Open Mon-Sat 9am till 7pm

Tell them Ms. Susan sent you!

I've tried many salons. My favorite is Angela's Nails in Palm Ridge Plaza on the west side of CR 101, just north of CR 466 (same salon as mentioned by Susan G). I've seen men there also.

Ladies be careful getting your manicures and pedicures. Many years ago I got a toenail fungus. One that I cannot get rid of and have done everything trying to. Its only on one big toe, but it sure is ugly.

I still get my nails and feet done but I take my own supplies. Clippers, emery boards, cuticle sticks, etc. Before I put my feet in the tub I request the girl spray it down with bleach while I watch.

I had the same about ten years ago. My doctor told me the only treatment was to take medicine which would work from within my body but could damage my liver. I used folk medicine...Vic's Vaporub on the affected nail, day and night...it took about three months to get the nail back to normal.

I took that medicine your doctor told you about but I can't recall the name. He monitored my liver enzymes while I was on the six month course of treatment. The fungus did go away for a few years but has returned with a vengeance.

I will definitely try Vicks Vaporub.

when using the Vic's vapo rub be sure to rough up the nail with a file or emory board as it allows for better penetration. And yes the Vics does work!
