The Buffalo Scholarship Foundation has created a very noble mission this year -Our Board has announced a ‘promise’:“This year we would like to make a promise to our elementary students. We would like to promise that by the time our current fifth-grade class graduates (the Class of 2023), the Foundation will be in a position to provide EVERY graduating senior some financial aid to be used towards a qualifying post-secondary education.”
