I heard several people mention this years winter up north, is going to be especially brutal.

I feel for my friends/relatives but I am sooooooooooo happy to be in TV, (2BNTV).

I must add that Christmas doesn't feel right down here with the much warmer temps, but I'll deal with that.

Boy do I agree with this. I have been in the Foreign Service (living overseas) for 23 years and now that I am about to retire, I still refuse to live near my family in Boston. They will just have to settle for visiting me in Florida. Although I may have to visit for the holidays. Hopefully the snow and ice will hold off so I can get south as soon as the holidays are over.

We have 1 more winter here north of Chicago and after last winter I fear it. We have our house in Lake Deaton ready for us, will be spending 2 weeks down there at Christmas (hopefully being able to get out of Dodge), and in fact am about to fly down this morning to meet my husband in Orlando who is there on business and we get to spend 4 nights at our house. Yahoo, but I digress. I am hoping to enjoy those winter pictures when we are full-time in TV. Now off to TV...
