Has anyone used this landscaper? It seems legitimate (LLC) landscape companies require 50% down to schedule. I am always concerned about this.

No way would I pay 50% down to a landscaper, LLC or no. Too much risk of not getting the job done. Too many good landscapers out there who will take no money until you are satisfied.

I've just recently started seeing Chris and his team doing landscaping in The Villages. I haven't seen their finished product but they seemed to look as if they knew what they were doing and had the proper equipment to do a good job.

I'm not sure why he needs to charge a deposit but CHOICE MAINTENANCE has never and will never require a deposit for any type of work or landscaping we do. We also work under and LLC and have a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy.

You can read our reviews here on TOTV and can give us a call for a free estimate. (352)-502-2880

Thanks for the consideration,

Default underfunded company

They require a deposit because they need the money to purchase the initial plants and other things to get the job going. Probably no line of credit anywhere which tells me not to do business with them.

I agree, if he was paying his suppliers they would give him credit.
