Default Jim Baumgatner sprinkler service

Jim is very professional in his duties. He cleaned up after all the recent work, which was complicated by poor concrete work down into the irrigation pipes. Replace exactlly waht he said was problem at quoted prices. I would call again if new concerns arose. Jim 352-504-2317

I don't know Jim (but sounds like it would be nice to have met him). I was quoted over $200 by a services company to replace a wired Hunter Mini-Clik rain sensor of the type installed by the developer in my home. After some research I found out that a replacement unit runs about $23 online and $33 at a local hardware store, and that Hunter makes these units with replacement parts ... a disk set, called a spindle, costs about $6.50 online. I have replaced my spindle and the water sensor is once again working perfectly.
