Default CPAP Personal Pulmonary.

We have been having problems receiving CPAP supplies from Personal Pulmonary. The company changed to sending supplies by mail when in the past it was via home delivery. We have had to call numerous times and they always have an excuse and no supplies are sent .. Anyone else having this problem?? Any recommendations to change to a different company would be appreciated.. Our insurance is Medicare. Thanks.

Yes I was so I called Pulmonary Plus and thy sent them. Their number is 352-343 8888. I expect they may be the same people, since they used the same number as the other did,

Default Breathe Easy Medical

I've been using Breathe Easy Medical for almost 5 years now, and am also having problems. Like you, they used to directly deliver to the door, called me in advance when I was due for supplies, etc. Now I have to call them at the 3 month interval, and then I found out they use the date that the supplies are delivered for the 3 month date for Medicare...not the date they are ordered. The time frame between the two can sometimes be as long as 2 weeks which then stretches the 3 months to 3 1/2 months between supplies. I had used the same water chamber for over 3 years before I read a pamphlet which said it should be changed every 6 months. The last time I ordered supplies, I was told that I needed new orders from my doctor so that added additional time to my delivery. I'm not sure if all these problems are due to the company I'm using or changes from Medicare. I also suspect that there are a lot of people here in TV on c-pap machines which might also add to the problem.

Have used Matrix Medical for years and they no longer make home deliveries or do 6 month check of oxygen concentrator. They do send supplies within a day or two via UPS. I suspect this all is result of Medicare cutting reimbursements to providers.

I want to caution anyone who is or may do business with this company. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Their rating is F. 97% of the customer reviews are NEGATIVE. I made the mistake of doing business with them for a CPAP.
