Default Davis Clinic of Chiropractic (Dr. Garofolo)

Went to a seminar today presented by Dr. Garofolo of Davis Clinic of Chiropractic. He presented information about laser therapy for joint pain (for knees, ankles, hips, shoulders). Has anyone tried this approach?

I had it there for my knee. It helped but you have to keep up the treatments; otherwise, the benefit stops. Too expensive for me.

Thumbs down

My experiences were that the only thing that went away while being treated at Davis Chiropractic is the money that I paid them.

This is a very, very questionable establishment. Please check Seniors Against Crime before considering treatment there, for any reason.

Very pricey and my husband ended up with back problems and we went in to have his cold feet taken care of. We were not very happy with them at all.

We had to cough up a lot of money up front. It did not help my wife's back at all. If anything it got a lot worse. That was our results. Nothing covered by insurance so beware.

Chiropractors are noted for their ongoing treatments. If permitted you could be a life long patient

my husband went there in pain and was scammed out of $3,000. We immediately called insurance who said practice is using investigative protocol and we would not get reimbursed. I'm disputing the credit card charge but they already paid it. Called Davis back to get cost of one day (we immediately opted out of program after first visit). They claim first day was at least $1,200. They should be ashamed

Don't use Davis clinic! Any Dr. who is good at his job does not need a seminar to lure in customers. Stay away. Very expensive & questionable results. They want you to sign a contract for thousands $$. Don't do it.

I agree pretty much with all the previous posts - don't walk away from Davis Clinic - RUN AWAY!

Do a search on this site for the Davis clinic for previous comments, as I recall, lots of negative comments.

I would also do a search on known sites (like WebMD or similar) for the proposed procedure and see if it valid and if there are confirmed permanent results.

My experience, (not at Davis) is anyone who advertises the way they do with full page adds and the promises they make regarding healing is subject to intense scrutiny.

I've never used them, but I don't think I've ever read a POSITIVE comment about the organization.
Please do your due diligence.
