Default Dr. Felix Agbo

Dr. Agbo was recommended to me as a primary care physician.
Does anyone have current experience with Dr. Agbo?

Default Dr Agbo

I called to say I had another UTI. They could not getme in so I asked for something to be sent. She said she would call me back but never did. I ended up in the hospital for 5 days.

Dr. Agbo is terrific who is interested in his patients. Unfortunately, his front office employees are ..... well, you finish this sentence.

When you arrive, they start the one-hour timer.

leave a lot to be desired and that's why I left.

Dr Agbo is very smart but it is a little challenging to understand his accent. I went to him for two years and was happy with his medical abilities but the office staff is somewhat sub par especially if you have a plan that requires a referral. Don't hold your breath waiting for a quick referral.

From my personal experiences of working with Dr. Agbo, I would not recommend him.

I like Dr. Agbo. You are right that sometimes his staff isn't wonderful.

I had an awfull experience with him. I was misdiagnosed and suffered for four months because he wouldn't take note of my back and leg pain. I went to Gainesville and four Drs and 2 MRI's later I was told I had extreme herniated discs and infection setting in. It has taken me since 2014 to get where I can walk through a store. He refused to prescribe an MRI for me right from the beginning.

Been with him 5 years. Good skills but listening skills, very little action. His admin staff leaves a lot to be desired. For some reason, they can't find good people. I am changing physicians.
