Default Florida Blue Deductable

I went on medicare March 1st and in order to keep insurance on my wife I had to cancel our joint policy and take a new one out on just her. It was pretty seamless as someone on this forum told me it would be. Due to a medical event we reached her deductable under the joint policy, does it reset again this year where she is technically on a new policy? Thanks

Probably, but why not call Florida Blue and ask? Even though you posted a yes or no question on TOTV, you'll probably get 8 different answers

I think all deductibles reset on January 1 every year

You are correct but I have a habit of wanting to know as much as possible prior to calling any health insurance provider. I assume this must happen often in Villages. Thank you for reply.
