Default Hand surgeon for rheumatoid arthritis

My wife is having lots of problems with finger joints and is seriously considering a joint replacement for at least one finger. Does anyone have first hand (no pun intended) experience with this type of procedure and a doctor or practice they would recommend?
Thank you in advance, VT

I've been to Cynthia Harding, SIMED Online . for my Dupuytren's contracture. She is very good and specializes in hands. It is quite a wait for an appointment, mine was over four months, but well worth it.
