I need to find an ob/gyn in or near The Villages who accepts original medicare and is competent. Please recommend as soon as possible.

I sort of presume that you just need the "Gyn" aspect. If it is just for a typical "yearly" - more often than not your PCP can assist you in getting the appropriate things with a NP or PA.

If I was you, talk to your PCP.

Kathleen Steepy MD and/or her Nurse Practitioner Caroline Mathis. I have seen Ms. Mathis several times and she has been exceptional each time.
Village Gynecology.

Another vote for Dr. Steepy. I see her PA Rosemary Kipp.

Yes, Dr. Doug Moffat, who is very smart. OB-GYN is probably in his genes. His father, Alfred, is also in the same practice and is very proud of all three of his professional children.

Dr. Flaherty. Office in The Villages Speciality Care Center. Unless you need surgery you will not see Dr Steepy, you will see the PA. Not saying that is a bad thing.
