We went to the Hacienda Country Club last Saturday for dinner with another couple. As we were ordering drinks, we were asking questions about the specials when the waitress turned and walked off. When she brought our drinks, we mentioned it and she said she thought we were through. We then ordered appetizers and our meals. 25 min. later she brought us some bread. After 40 minutes, we asked to see the manager. At 46 minutes she brought us the appetizers and we again told her we wanted to speak to the manager and she said she had notified the owner. We told her to keep the appetizer until the owner came to talk to us. At 1 hour, when the owner still had not come over, we said we wanted the bill for our drinks and were leaving. Took 10 minutes to get the bill and still no owner. We then went to Arnold Palmer and had a wonderful dinner with dessert and all in less than 45 min. Our lesson - stay away from Hacienda!
