Suggestion re: window tint
I had a problem with morning sun making it difficult to see m computer monitor in my office. We have blinds and the sun comes in through the unblinded arched section of the window. We got estimates for arched blinds to fit that section and it was outragious.

Lowes has a line of films that you can put on a window, Company is GILA. I did it myself-NO I WILL NOT DO SOMEONE ELSE'S.
Cost was reasonable and they have a full line of options-colors, frosted, glare killing etc. Reminder I did arched windows. If, you want to have square windows done it will be far easier. Because it goes on sort of like a decal-with water. If, you are not happy with your work you can take it off fairly easily.
