Has anyone had trouble with DeSantis Heating and Air? They recently installed a new furnace for a elderly neighbor to fix and vent issue. Following the installation, she still had the same issue. They have set up appointments to come out to see her however they did not show up. She has repeatedly called but they will not return calls. I would suggest that anyone looking into using them should reconsider! Has anyone else had issues with them?
