We have the same issues up here in Illinois. I am on 4th doctor. I think the problems are system wide. Some workers really care and some not so much. I interviewed for a job at Villages clinic a few weeks ago, but have not heard anything. I think we are caught up in the federal hiring freeze.

Volunteers are great but this is my third doctor in three years. I would not like to condemn the entire operation but personally I have lost confidence in them. Appointments keep getting cancelled and phone calls to them never get returned.
