What is the permitted time an RV can park in your driveway?

It depends on the deed restrictions for your neighborhood. They are not all the same. Mine allow me the 72 hours to load/prep. Orange Blossom Hills' deed restrictions state no RV parking whatsoever. Look on your ID card. There will be an alpha-numeric code starting with M, S, or L depending what county you live in. Go to the download deed restrictions and click on your county and then the number from your ID card.

I agree with all of that..... but the time to read your deed restrictions is BEFORE you buy your home!

But after you close, you can read 'em and weep.
