Segway as Golf Cart
 

At the second hole on the Pensacola course , a gentlemen was riding a Segway with an attached bag. He seemed very proficient with the Segway and completed the hole. After about 15 minutes, I noted that he was following an Ambassador who was traveling in the direction of the starter's shack. I was of the opinion that the Segway Turf model was allowed on the course - maybe, it was an emergency or something else unrelated to the Segway. Am I correct that a Segway turf model is allowed on the courses in TV? Thanks! Lark
