There is a also a glass-enclosed lanai. The location is ideal - it is south of 466 - and pool, golf, grocery, and restaurants are all within 1 mile. The place is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

The monthly rent is $3200/month. Rental includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer), phone/WiFi/cable/HD, and lawn care. The monthly rental DOES NOT include $100 cleaning fee or the villagers ID card fee ($50). We require a $500 refundable deposit. Check in is 3 pm, check out is 10 am.
