Default Confessore Pasta Cucina in Fruitland Park

I know someone else posted about this place but I could not find the original thread so sorry in advance for starting another one. We just ate at Confessore Pasta Cucina in Fruitland Park, next to Rae Raes!!! By far the BEST "REAL" Italian food I have had since moving here 12 years ago (except for Mazzaros's in St. Pete. Fresh fresh pasta Beautiful decor, not a huge place, service was impeccable Anything was our server and he was awesome, BEST service I had had since moving here, the owners obviously train their people wetland expect their customers to get a huh level o service! I hadJoyce's Creamy Ricotta
ricotta cheese blended with garlic, butter, asiago cheese, white wine in a cream base L - 10 D - 12 (They take $2.00 off for early bird dinner, Hubby had Joyce's Butter n Garlic
creamy sweet butter blended with a dash of garlic & a sprinkle of herbs L - 9 D-10

Both were excellent, came with choice of salad and garlic bread! Mine was VERY rich and oh so good I had to take some home. We took home a slice of the Ricotta cheesecake, for later. This place is going to get hard to get into, no assembly line Italian food here! Definitely we'll be regulars! Luckily they will take reservations!

I couldn't find the thread either. The last poster on the original thread alluded to the fact that he believed that the owner of the restaurant wrote the original post about how great a place it was. Don't know if it was true or not but if it was it was certainly an inappropriate use of this forum to hide your identity to promote your own restaurant. In any event, I am glad to hear the good reviews.

The owners were on site and very nice and down to earth, so I would doubt it but who knows. They obviously put a lot of heart and love into their place and it shows. No assembly line Italian food here! Hubby and I will be regulars prices are excellent also especially for the quality!

Sorry I can't compare, generally I am not a fan on chain restaurants. This place has many different dishes to choose from and everything is made to order. If you try it I hope you like it. We sure did!
