Default Fiesta Grande Closed?

We tried to go to Fiesta Grande in Colony Plaza for dinner tonight and there was a sign on the door that said Temporarily Closed, Sorry. Anyone know what's up? The place is always packed! 😳

Default Saw that too

We went by about 3:30 and saw the same. Can't imagine why they would close in high season.

I think all their meals include bread products, and they are closed for the Passover week. Matzoh burritos, yuck

They passed their most recent health department inspections 2 weeks ago, so that doesn't appear to be an issue.

I asked an employee what the problem was with them being closed and he said...

"Nacho business."

Google shows it still open. Good thing with Cinco de Mayo coming up.
