I agree completely.
And i told Antonio, the cook and owner.
He insisted that is the way his region of Spain does paella.
I have had paella in Madrid, San Juan PR, Miami, etc and unfortunately this paella us the worst.
I really hope they improve it.
But i do LOVE their tapas! I try to give them business. We go often.
