there use to be a liver and oinions day at one of the clubs, but not have seen the ad in over a year. |
I did not read all the posts so I hope this in note redundant.
The best liver and onions I have had since moving to FL (9 years) was at Vic Embers. Real calves liver cooked the way you like it. I prefer medium rare which means blood in the dish.....PERFECT!!! And where ever I get liver I always ask to go heavy on the onions. Many places do a little more. Vic Embers GOES HEAVY on the onions. Fan-damn-fabulous liver and onions. btk |
Mom made Liver bacon and onions and also chicken liver, gizzards, peppers onions, and mushrooms.

Put me on the list. Liver and onions of any kind, if they are cooked right can be so delicious - I am there.

Count me in for May. I plan to be there for a visit then. Thanks for the Toojays tip, Gracie.

In the meantime, if you think you could make such an event in, say, later March (20th on), give me a PM, and a suggestion for a venue if you have one, and I will go from there. This should be fun... and tasty! |
Count me in please depending on the day I may or may not be visiting but keep me on the list
