Make your own sauce.Plenty of good recipes on the net.The secret is graded carrot, sweetens the sauce.

My comment was NOT aimed at you. You have absolutely no reason to suffer in silence. Your opinion is important to me and to TOTV. I have heartburn for days from the balsamic vinegar, but I think it is worth it.

Confessore Pasta in Fruitland Park is excellent.

uberschaf: in my American-Italian family you had an obligation to debate politics and religion, however, debating recipes was guaranteed to promote pandemonium...especially meat/meatless red sauce for pasta...So when it comes to cooking I say you got your garlic, you got your olive oil after that its all good

Another vote for Confessore pasta cuccina in Fruitland park. All of the pasta is homemade. You have a choice of pasta then chose one of about 30 sauces that is made fresh. A bit of a waiting time but so well worth it. Joyce, the chef, is Italian and truly know what she is doing.

Confessore Pasta Cucina, in our opinion, is the best Italian any where near the bubble. You might find equivalent in Orlando, but nothing closer. It is not, Thank God, American Italian, which so many believe is Italian. Try it, you will love it...!!
