Default Lopez Legacy Restaurant - excellent

There are many discussions about eating in TV. We were at Nancy Lopez Legacy last Saturday evening and had an excellent meal. Service was great, food was excellent, and the setting is very enjoyable.

We enjoy a drink with our meal so we prefer to dine closer to home and avoid driving too far! Lopez suits us just fine.

So agree. It's about the best we have here. Just took family from NJ on a Saturday night. Warned them about the wait. No we were seated immediately. Lovely table for 6 looking over the golf course. I had a trout stuffed with crab meat. Delish. Nephew ordered a pork chop called The Hog. I'm ordering that next time. What flavor. Impeccable service. Great evening. It's always our go to place.

I ate there once and liked it!

I wonder how long it will be before, somebody pans this restaurant.

The only problem is the bar chairs--they are in desperate need of reupholstery

Enjoyed this restaurant with another couple last week and celebrated a birthday. The service was as good as it gets and the food was prepared perfectly. Good selection of wines. Of the country club restaurants without a doubt this place is the best in The Villages and maybe the best restaurant within a twenty five mile radius. There you go, I've no doubt jinxed it, but let's hope not.

I agree with all posts so far. I guess if Glenview disappoints we will just go down the street a bit to Lopez.

But...Glenview might be just fine. I just don't like the stuff served at World of Beer. Maybe it is because I drink pop with it....

It's my favorite restaurant in The Villages. We go there for special occasions and haven't had a bad meal yet. Whenever we have guests, that's our first choice.

We had dinner at Lopez tonight. The food and service was extraordinary. So nice to have this dining establishment in The Villages.

Agree with everyone. And a bonus of an excellent championship course.

I'm really happy someone posted a very positive restaurant experience in The Villages. Thanks. I like Lopez too.
