Default Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

It would appear that Spanish Springs is getting a Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza. I have never been to one, but I have heard good reports.

Interesting concept. Either order a pizza from their menu or custom build your own version. Different sizes, different style crusts, including gluten-free, different sauces, all kinds of cheeses and toppings. Everything fresh. Nothing frozen. They build it. You take it home and bake it. And..... you can order it online. Might be just the thing you need for when the restaurants are packed.

We patronized one in Northern Kentucky. Not bad. We were surprised one night when an order was phoned in including anchovies and after opening the box we found a small tin of anchovies sitting on top of the pizza. No problem, after the pizza was baked we opened the tin with the key and put the anchovies on the hot pie. No guarantee that is how they still do it, but it was novel at the time.

Yes, they are good. Had them in Oklahoma and Illinois. See if they can be competitive here where lots eat out?

When I clicked on the link, it gave two addresses. One on Wedgewood Ln near CR 101, and one on Bichara Blvd in Lady Lake. These are miles apart. Are we getting two Papa Murphy's?

It looks like there will be one of these in the Spanish Springs Square area.

Really good pizza's; we used to get them all the time when we lived in KC. Looking forward to the new place.

I really like Papa Murphy's pizza but it contributed to my significant weight gain several years ago. I've since lost the weight so the fact that they are moving closer to my home is disconcerting.

They make a nice pizza, and when you bake it at home.....couldn't be fresher.....no cardboard box taste.

Had a few pizza's where the box would probably have tasted better.

I'll chime in as well and say it's a great pizza...several kinds you can choose from as well.

I have to say that I'm bit skeptical hearing the name Murphy in front of the word pizza.

My fraternal grandmothers name was Maggie Murphy, she didn't make pizza.
