My guess is that they just were lax in filing their business tax stuff at the right time so as to reflect the two employee requirement for their E2 VISA.

Why say the state is closing them down. Can't they have someone run the business until they sort this out and possibly return? They did not fulfill all the requirements of the visa so whose fault is that?

They need a good immigration attorney. Someone like Mary Jane Weaver but who is in Florida. Anyone know one? And someone who will not charge an arm and a leg.
