Vic Embers
Checked their web site today, looks like they are closing their restaurant and just going to do catering. Shame, was really a quality establishment.

Nice to hear they'll still do catering. I was pretty sure they weren't going to rebuild after the fire even though they originally had hoped to.
I can't copy the link for some reason but the Orlando Sentinel has a nice article about Vic's and why they're closing.

Really sorry Vic's Embers is gone. One of the few quality restaurants around.

Vic not reopening is disappointing bad news. My wife and I will solely miss the excellent food and Vic too who was almost always there to greet you. I totally understand and wish him a wonderful retirement.
