Thumbs up What an awesome thing Fred from Bonifay, etc. did !!!

How awesome !!
I hope all of my Village's friends saw the 4 pages in the Daily Sun yesterday (Thanksgiving), that Fred Karimipour from Evans Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, Belle Glade Country Club, Orange Blossom Hills Country Club & Scooples Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant took out & put pictures of his employees and publicly thanked all of them !!
That was really sweet ! He's a great guy that obviously cares about his businesses and his employees.

That's the kind of employee recognition that inspires loyalty - Fred sounds like a great guy.

Agree with the other posters - a nice recognition for employees. There's a reason his restaurants are all so good!

Yes, he does, and my granddaughter is one of them. Unfortunately her photo wasn't in the paper. She told me that the photographer took 3 pictures of her. I was so disappointed! Hopefully, the error will be rectified and she will get her well-deserved credit, too.

My favorite bartender, Tony, didn't make it either. However, I'm sure those who are missing are not intentional. What a wonderful way to celebrate those who make your business successful

Tony was in there. Second page, 3rd row next to Jack. Tony's name is Anthony.

He's definitely a very nice man. I see him going around and talking to guests and I really like that.

I am always impressed when an employer respects and appreciates their staff and publicly shows it. I am equally impressed when an owner will forgo opening on a Holiday so their employees can enjoy the holiday with their families.

Yea for Fred.
