Question Where is Brian?

Does anyone know where chef Brian is now working? I always enjoyed his cooking at El Santiago and Hacienda. I would guess that Bonnie knows.

Villages Gourmet club website still has him mentioned under Hacienda so not sure if he left there or not with new owners.

Brian is definitely not at Hacienda. He left there long before the recent new owners. Last I knew, he was not working within The Villages. He's an amazing chef and I too miss him. Wherever he may be I do hope he is doing well.

No, his recipes are still in use there but he left last December. I see him around now and then. Still not working.

I remember when they did The Taste of Santiago on the lawn. All the kitchen people would make something then we would vote for the best. That was when Chuck had it before Robin & Caroline.
