Default To be Newbie and single

Hi all, I am newly single and will be visiting TV next spring and will be looking to rent full time. Does anyone have a recommended neighborhood (or more than one) that both welcomes singles as well as renters and is convenient to amenities? Thanks, can't wait to get there!

I agree. Singles are distributed randomly all over The Villages. Out of 53 homes in our Village, we have five singles.

Here are some statistics about Demographics you might enjoy.

The Villages Florida Demographics data population census, density, unwed

Welcome! Singles are welcome everywhere in the Villages. If you are planning on renting next Spring you should get started trying to find a place. Many places have already been rented. You can start by placing an ad on Talk of The Villages.

Anywhere between 466 and 466A. There are several singles groups you can join.

A guest ID will allow to access everything in TV. Make sure the owner provides one for you.

Come on down!

in my courtyard villa neighborhood there are quite a few singles. A lot of singles have dogs and like having the yards fenced in that the courtyard villas have.

Thanks and I certainly will do that. Judging from the responses, this is truly a very friendly place! Thanks everyone!

I would definitely tell you to look south of 466 and 466A, a little younger crowd. I don't know your age... I actually know a house in my neighborhood that is for rent. The owner is looking for a two year lease tenant. Its in a new neighborhood (4 years old) south of 466A. Nice house too. LOTS to do . If you are interested let me know and I will send you the phone number for the landlord

For a single woman the best area would be just on the north side of Rt 466, on the western side. To be more precise, Summerhill Village. That is where most of the most eligible single men are located. You know, good-looking, athletic, intelligent, liberal, etc. !

Is that where Mr. Midnight resides?
