Default Visa Question

We will be traveling to Australia in the spring. I'm looking online about applying for Visa's. Some sites charge $39.00 and others only 9.95. What's the difference. Are the cheaper websites reliable?

Oftentimes, turnaround time affects the cost.

Have not done this in FL, but back up North, just go to the Post Office, had to make an appointment, no extra charges, unless you needed expedited delivery. I suggest you call the local post office to see if they do that here, or the closet location. You may need a suitable photo, Office depot and staples at one time advertised this service.
Hope this helps.

I think you will find that the price difference is due to varying markups made by the agency that is supplying your visa. We learned (when applying for an ESTA to visit the US) that oddly enough, it is the original governing body that is the cheapest. Not only that, but you can be sure of getting the right thing. I've looked it up for you - you need to go via
australia.gov.au (applying for a visa)
Hope this helps.

The best and quickest way is to apply online on an Australian website. See link below. This way you are not paying any commissions.
