Talking Owner's Manual

If you have the owner's manual that came with the refrigerator, you will find instructions on how to adjust the door in the first few pages, which explains set up.

If you don't have the manual, let me know and I will dig out mine, photograph the pages, and send them to you.

Let's wait a day or so to see if someone can give you an answer, because I am presently in Tampa.

Becks appliance is my recommendation, now, what is wrong with the door? What is it not doing correctly? And did it just start doing this?

If the door is not closing or self closing, the refrigerator my not be level, this sometimes happens if it was moved. If this has occurred recently, without disturbing the unit, one of the door bushings may be failing. Does the door seem to have 'play' at one or both hinges, if so, go online an get replacement bushings.
Hope this helps.

We've tried adjusting it after watching a video but it hasn't seemed to help. I think a washer or something needs to be replaced. It just started and the refrigerator hasn't been moved. You have to lift the door a little to get it to seal . The refrigerator is only 2 years old so the seals are still good.

I am guessing that one or both of the typically nylon flanged bushings have failed. You sound reasonably handy, try ordering a set of bushing and replacing these, or as I previously mentioned, call Becks.
