We have recently purchased a courtyard villa with a pool. We have invested a great deal financially to upgrade and renovate this property and find we will need to rent it for the months we are not here. We are currently snow birds who sadly must return north by April 1st. Anyone with good experience and advice on how to proceed? Contracts, advertising, cleaning, golf cart insurance, etc. etc. We are a bit overwhelmed!

If you are going to be away for extended periods you will probably need a property manager. I am very lucky to have the best one taking care of my home.
