Default Built in cabinet in Amarillo ranch?

Has anyone had a "cabinet" built in by the entrance to the master bedroom of an Amarillo ranch? The cabinet would insert into the furnace area, doors would be facing the wall that encloses the refrigerator. I think I would like to do this but prefer some feedback from someone who has done it.

Sounds like a doable idea. Great place for a pantry, spices etc. I've seen built in pantries in the laundry room on the wall that's against the living room. That may be a longer place.

Yes I've seen built ins against the living room wall but based on what we have in the utility room, that would not work as well for us. Thanks for the suggestion.

Bruce 64. YES, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Your picture really got my attention because your walls are about the same color as mine. Did you do it yourself or hire someone? I'll be looking for suggestions as to who to hire when I come back in the Fall. Thank you so much for the picture as I had only heard of it being done, never saw one.

I did it myself. Cabinet comes in different sizes. Fairly easy for a handy person. Approx. cost was under $100 for materials.
